I’ve been with NCI since 2013. I’ve been in the same role over that time, though it’s evolved and changed a lot. I’ve really been able to make it my own.
General Manager for ManufacturingInitially, my job title was General Manager for Manufacturing. After some internal realignment, I was retitled Regional Operations Manager, and I’ve had different responsibilities with respect to that role.
At one point, I was responsible for six manufacturing facilities and over 400 folks, which is just an incredible opportunity. It’s reassuring to know I have what I need to get the job done and I have the backing to do it.
I was able to finish my bachelor’s degree in the last two years and I’m halfway through my MBA. NCI is sponsoring me through tuition reimbursement, and that’s something that’s available to every employee that works for the company for at least one year.
Regional Operations ManagerNCI really gives you the tools and resources you need to be successful. It’s helped me grow in terms of my leadership acumen.
